Carlos is a Senior Immigration Attorney with over 12 years of experience in U.S. Immigration
Law. He has practiced both family-based immigration as well as business immigration, in
particular EB-5 foreign investments as well as working with EB-5 Regional Centers for foreign
investment in America. He has dedicated most of his career helping families stay together in the
U.S. primarily through removal defense before the Immigration Court. Having seen hundreds of
removal cases ranging from asylum to waivers.
He has also helped hundreds of clients gain
residency and citizenship through adjustment of status and consular processing. Carlos is fully
